SimpleTradeLog is a desktop Interactive Brokers performance-review tool. It helps you import supported broker exports and review net performance metrics.

SimpleTradeLog is not a broker, investment advisor, or tax advisor. Content and metrics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice.

Accuracy disclaimer

Performance metrics are computed from the data you import and the cashflows you enter. Results may differ from your broker’s official statements due to rounding, fees, currency conversion, or broker-specific reporting. Always use your broker statement as the source of truth.

Subscriptions and licensing

• Trial: trial length may vary by offer; see in-app details.
• Subscription: billed annually unless stated otherwise.
• Machine binding: a license is intended for one machine at a time; transfers may be supported.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass licensing, or interfere with infrastructure.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petizoutils will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss arising from your use of the service.
